We have exciting new changes to our website. Next to your class you will see this symbol for more information on the class, click the symbol and the class info will load along with a map to your class.
We offer a wide variety of programs, parks and facilities designed to provide social, health, educational and recreational opportunities for all ages and abilities.
If you would like to register for any of our programs start with creating a new account, if you already have an account please use the log in tab to the left. Please note that you only need one account for your entire household.
Take the time to update your account. Check the address, phone number, and school/grade if applicable. If you have been recently annexed, you must call us to update your municipality. Due to a technical error you must call us to add additional people to your account.
There are 3 easy ways to create a new account.

Please note that if you are creating your account online it is very important that you select the correct municipality. For example: If you live inside Pasco City Limits you should select Pasco (Resident). If you live inside Pasco but not in the City Limits you should select Pasco (Non-Resident). If you are unsure if you are a city resident or not please call our office and we can help. If you select resident and in fact you are a non-resident, you will later be charged the difference in the fees. Please help make this a smooth process and if you are not sure please call us first.
•Recreation Services reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or combine activities as needed.
•If an activity is cancelled, participants will be notified by phone and a full refund will be issued.
Withdrawal Policy - Individual class
•Withdrawal requests made 7 days or more prior to the first day of class will receive a full refund, less a $5 processing fee and any other charges already incurred prior to start of class. (ie: T-shirts or class materials)
•Withdrawal requests made less than 7 days prior to the first class, but at least 24 hrs before class begins, receive a 50% refund less any other charges already incurred prior to start of class unless otherwise stated.
•No refunds on Swim Lessons
•No refunds will be given once class begins.
•Out of town trip withdrawal requests must be received at least 15 days prior to event departure to receive a full refund less a $5 processing fee, less than 15 days will not receive a refund.
•League refunds will not be issued once the schedules are published.
•Withdrawals are subject to a $5 processing fee and any other charges already incurred prior to start of class. (ie: T-shirts or class materials)
If your desired class is full, we can place your name on a waiting list. If a spot becomes available or we are able to add more capacity, you will be contacted in the order on the waitlist. Spots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis and not based on the order on the waitlist.
